Banana Chocolate Smoothie

I have this smoothie at least once a week. Kids love it too!
- 1 handful of ice cubes
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 tsp. cocoa powder
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1 Tbsp. peanut butter
- Throw all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Serves 1.
